Sansruti Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Sansruti, we are committed to delivering your order with high-quality packaging within the stipulated time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays. To ensure safe and timely delivery, we use reputed courier services. If no courier service is available in your area, we will ship via Government Registered Post or Speed Post. In extreme cases, if delivery is not possible, we will refund your payment.


1. Shipping Charges & Delivery

Within India:

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in select pin codes, subject to internal policies.

International Shipping:

  • We ship to multiple international locations.

  • A flat shipping charge of INR 2200 applies to all international orders.

  • COD is not available for international shipments.

  • Customers may be required to pay import duties and taxes as levied by their respective countries. Sansruti has no control over these charges.

2. Delivery Timeframe & Dispatch Policy

  • Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days if the product is in stock.

  • If the item needs to be specially made, it may take up to 15 working days for dispatch.

  • Custom-made orders require 3–4 weeks for dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines:

    • Within India: 4-10 business days after dispatch.

    • International orders: 7-15 business days after dispatch.

  • In case of unexpected delays, our team will work closely with the logistics provider to expedite delivery.

3. Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

  • If the customer is unreachable or refuses delivery, Sansruti reserves the right to cancel the order.

  • Any extra costs for re-delivery due to incorrect address or non-acceptance will be borne by the customer.

  • Risk and title of the product pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

4. Handling & Packaging

  • All products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • In the rare event that a product arrives damaged, refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

5. Customs & Import Duties

  • International orders may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which must be borne by the customer.

  • Sansruti is not responsible for customs delays and recommends contacting local customs authorities for more information.

6. What If I Receive a Damaged Product?

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse delivery and return it to the courier. Contact our support team at teamsansruti@gmail.com or call +91 78997 17315 (Call/WhatsApp) with your Order ID. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not available, we will offer a refund or additional time for production.
