At Sansruti, we believe in choosing what feels right for you, and for the world. Handloom sarees are more than what you wear. They are stories, memories, and moments —...
Sansruti is devoted to reviving and preserving India's cultural heritage through timeless textiles and intricate designs. We collaborate with artisans from across the country, whose skills have been passed down through generations, to create handloom fabrics and exquisite weaves that embody authenticity and craftsmanship
India’s rich textile heritage is reflected in its diverse crafts, each rooted in its region’s culture. Jamdani from West Bengal is known for its intricate weaving, while Banarasi from Uttar Pradesh showcases luxurious silk and brocade. Kantha from West Bengal features exquisite hand embroidery, and Gamcha, a traditional woven fabric, hails from Assam. Madhubani from Bihar is celebrated for its folk art-inspired designs. Odisha brings us the striking Sambalpuri ikat, while Baluchari and the gold-threaded Swarnachari sarees originate from West Bengal. The rare Bawan Buti weaving technique is another specialty of the state, exemplifying the finesse of Indian craftsmanship.
